**Updated 15/11 – 12:20 GMT/07:20 EST**
The one thing all of us fantasy players dread the most, injuries. Unfortunately, this is part and parcel with NFL life and it’s inevitable that at some point during the season one or more of your players will have the dreaded “questionable” or “doubtful” tags. The tricky bit is wading through the reports to find out the true status of your fantasy stud. Fantasy players are very often used as decoys when injured to fool defences, so it’s important that we’re sure that a player is 100% healthy before deploying into a line-up.
This article will take a look at the top injury concerns that we’re hearing about this week and provide a recommendation as to whether they should be starting for you or if you need to pick up their handcuff from the waiver wire.
Don’t forget to keep your #EyesPeeled for our Twitter feed (@F10YFantasy) this Sunday as we’ll be providing you with updated on the below mentioned injuries.
Top Injury Concern
Allen Robinson – Wide Receiver – Chicago Bears
Injury: Knee
Status: Questionable
Allen Robinson is currently second in the league in targets and one of the few bright sparks on the Chicago offense. Although only having broken 100 receiving yards twice with 3 TDs on the season, Robinson has only failed to post double digit fantasy points once. In a nice matchup against the Vikings, a healthy Robinson could easily pop.
Robinson has been limited in practice all week but, at this point, there’s no suggestion that he could miss this one against their division rival, the Vikings.
It is worth noting that David Montgomery has already been ruled out of this one. With the running back room in the Windy City looking thin (to say the least), the Bears may be required to pass the ball a little more than they’d like Nick Foles to.
Additionally, the Bears are playing on Monday night which means that should Robinson not suit up, your alternatives are limited. Darnell Mooney and Anthony Miller would be nice plays, but may already be rostered in your league.
Other Injury Concerns
Kenyan Drake – Running Back – Arizona Cardinals
Injury: Ankle
Gameday Status: Game Time Decision
UPDATE: Although remaining a game time decision, Drake has a “good chance to play” in this one.
Cardinals’ RB Kenyan Drake, listed as questionable due for Sunday to an ankle injury, has a good chance to play vs. the Bills, per source. Arizona sounds optimistic and hopeful about his availability, but the Cardinals want to test Drake in pre-game warmups and see how he feels.

Drake missed out on Arizona’s loss to the Dolphins last week and will be a game time decision against the Bills this week.
It’s been a disappointing start to the fantasy season for Drake and he’s a breakout game in Dallas (28.4 PPR points) from being in the “cuttable” conversation. Chase Edmonds has been a nice compliment to Drake this season and actually outscored him in 3 of the 7 games that they’ve played in together so far this season. Edmonds struggled with a full workload though and only logged 11.8 PPR points off 28 touches (25 carries, 3 receptions) against the Dolphins.
It’s a favourable matchup for Drake this week against the Bills, but I’d still be tempering my expectations if he plats.
TJ Hockenson – TE – Detroit Lions
Injury: Toe
Status: Questionable
UPDATE: Expected to play
#Lions TE T.J. Hockenson, who popped up on the injury report this week because of his toe, is expected to play today vs. the Washington Football Team, I’m told.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) November 15, 2020
Hockenson has crept up to the TE3 position on the season and has a nice average of 12.8 PPR points per game. The former first round pick (1.08 in 2019) has 4 tight ends in his last 5 games and has a favourable matchup this week against the Football Team.
With Kenny Golladay out again, Hock should continue to play a potent part in this Lions passing attack. The only problem is his questionable status headed into Sunday.
It’s been a roller coaster week for Hockenson. He practiced Wednesday, sat out on Thursday but was back to it on Friday. He’s officially listed as questionable, but a Friday practice is encouraging. A toe injury seems insignificant, but can hamper a player’s ability to cut and run routes.
